Role Description:

We are currently seeking a UI/UX Graphic Designer to provide support to our Marketing Team. We are searching for an individual who possesses the following qualities:

• Highly organized and willing to take on responsibilities
• Diligent, supportive, and understanding of the needs and demands of a small and dynamic team
• Energetic and unafraid to dive into tasks with enthusiasm
• Creative problem-solver with the ability to navigate unexpected challenges while maintaining logical thinking

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Graduate, preferably in Design or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years of experience ideally, in graphic design, web design, UI, or other relevant roles
• Proven proficiency in Figma is a must
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Ability to think outside the box
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical with great attention to detail, capable of producing high-quality visuals across various platforms
• Quick learner who is adaptable to new situations
• Strong team player, open to new ideas and direction
• Understanding of financial and crypto markets is a plus, but not mandatory
• Creating high-quality animations based on project requirements

Responsibilities:

• Create design content for digital and print mediums
• Develop mockups and visuals primarily for digital channels
• Communicate and present design ideas effectively
• Create the user interface for apps and website
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers
