We are seeking a talented UI/UX designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creativity, has a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about designing user-centric web experiences. You will work on a diverse range of projects, from eCommerce platforms to fully custom web solutions.

Your responsibilities:

• Design engaging digital experiences – create visually appealing and user-friendly web designs that captivate users and enhance engagement across various devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams – work closely with developers and other designers to ensure cohesive and functional designs that align with project goals.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes – utilize Figma to design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, effectively communicating design concepts and user flows.
• Create visual assets – use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to design and modify visual elements, including illustrations, icons, and graphics, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Responsive design – design websites that provide a seamless experience across all devices, focusing on responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Stay updated with industry trends – keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our solutions remain current and innovative.

Your skills:

• Design tools proficiency – advanced knowledge of Figma and its ecosystem for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating and refining visual assets.
• UI/UX principles – solid understanding of user-centered design, with a focus on crafting intuitive, engaging, and accessible interfaces that improve user experiences and drive conversions.
• Conversion optimization – strong grasp of design strategies and elements that enhance user engagement and improve conversion rates, with the ability to incorporate these effectively into designs.
• Color theory and typography – expert in applying color theory, typography, and layout principles to create aesthetically pleasing designs that align with branding and enhance readability.
• Accessibility – thorough knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices, ensuring designs are inclusive and compliant with accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
• Attention to detail – meticulous approach to ensuring pixel-perfect designs with consistent, high-quality finishes across all deliverables.
• Communication skills – excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively articulate design rationale, collaborate with team members, and adapt based on feedback.
• Problem-solving ability – creative thinker with a proactive approach to addressing design challenges, ensuring that solutions are functional and visually impactful.
• Time management and organization – ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
