TEST & QA TEAM LEADER

Location: Novi Sad

Main responsibilities:

• Act as key point of contact for:
• QA aspects of releases
• QA services
• Coordinate QA activities with key customers
• Coordinate QA resources
• Organize team education
• Take active part in planning, execution, define defects and measurements reporting, automation and monitoring
• Lead and mentor manual and automation testing

Your skills:

• At least 3 years of experience as QA
• Excellent communications and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, programming, or a related discipline
• Knowledge of QA testing methodologies, structured QA procedures for test plans, scripting, test execution, design of test automation, and version release procedures
• Proficiency in English both spoken and written
