Understanding the technology strategy and how to distil the key messages from this in order to drive the technology agenda in communications, creating content for internal/external communications for Technology Division e.g. Conferences, Town Hall meetings i.e. videos, articles, podcasts, presentations, etc and ensure the technology strategy is shared and understood on LinkedIn, built into recruitment & retention strategy, etc. in a clear and consistent manner; and that there is a clear alignment with overall Camlin strategy. Assist in research of future trends and innovations and how these could be beneficial for our customers
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain effective, professional, and respectful stakeholder relationships, including clear lines of communication
- Support CTO in communicating effectively on value equation to both internal and external stakeholders
- Promote a positive culture of technology focus across communications and marketing
- Build a communications collateral base for Technology Division to utilise at external conferences, internal town hall meetings, recruitment campaigns, etc. These collaterals should be

- Ensure that budgetary constraints are adhered to and business case process is adhered to in order to build the range and quality of collaterals available
- Distil complex technology information into easier to understand and share soundbites
- Contribute effectively and positively to continuous improvement initiatives
- In conjunction with Senior Stakeholders, develop and keep under review Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that are both ambitious and measurable
