Your Job Description:
- Addressing customer inquiries, concerns and suggestions
- Filing reports regarding product problems
- Researching technical issues
- Managing and processing customer orders
- Walking customers through solutions
- Reviewing product change requests
- Learning about product updates and new technologies
Your Skills:
- University degree preferably in IT, electrical engineering or fields of technical sciences.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in a large multicultural environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Jira is a plus
- Experience in a field of Smart Metering/Grid is a plus
