Job Description:
- Authors technical documentation such as application guides, developer guidelines, architectural blueprints and security patterns
- Produces supporting documentation: operational guides, best practice guides, knowledge base articles and tutorials
- Collaborates with product owners, architects, developers, and clients to collect, distil and communicate complex technical information
- Uses the collaboration and documentation tools at your disposal effectively, to create and deliver documentation
- Collaborates with experts in a variety of roles, to elicit, curate and produce material for consumption by others
- Provides best practice and expert advice to others in creating, publishing and maintaining key material for various audiences
Qualifications:
- AWS Cloud and delivering modern applications leveraging serverless architecture: Lambda, API Gateway, Steps Functions
- Database understanding, SQL, NoSQL, DynamoDB
- Experienced working in a DevOps approach, leveraging tools such as Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) as well as Jenkins
- Experience with system integrations and event-driven systems
- Experience with logging, distributed tracing and monitoring platforms (ELK, NewRelic)
