Technical Operations Engineer (Remote, Part-Time)

We're looking for a detail-oriented Technical Operations Engineer to join our 4-person team and take ownership of our technical infrastructure. This is a permanent, part-time position where you'll be responsible for maintaining system uptime, deploying campaigns, and building automation pipelines that keep our lead generation operations running smoothly.

You'll work directly with our Marketing Manager (a former developer with 3+ years hands-on experience in this exact role) in a flexible, remote-first environment. While your hours are flexible, you'll need to be available throughout the day for urgent issues that require same-day resolution.

What You'll Be Doing

Core Responsibilities:

• Deploy and maintain VPS servers, websites, and landing pages
• Set up and manage DNS zones for new domains and campaigns
• Build low-level automations and data pipelines for incoming lead data
• Implement S2S postback tracking for marketing campaigns
• Maintain server backups and execute recovery procedures when needed
• Deploy and troubleshoot frontend landing pages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Day-to-Day Work:

• Monitor system uptime and resolve technical issues
• Configure webhooks and API integrations
• Build automation workflows (n8n, Zapier, Make.com
• Work closely with designers, copywriters, and media buyers
• Use AI-assisted development tools to speed up routine tasks

What We're Looking For

Required Skills:

• Junior-level programming (PHP, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Basic knowledge of APIs, webhooks, VPS, and DNS
• Experience with automation tools
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools

Nice to Have:

• S2S postback tracking experience
• Meta Pixel and Conversions API knowledge
• Lead generation or performance marketing background

Experience Level:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience, or strong projects/portfolio for junior candidates
