We are looking for a Technical Delivery Lead to drive the technical operations of our large-scale AWS Migration Program. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers and act as the technical anchor for moving workloads from on-premise VMware to AWS.
Depending on your specific expertise and the program's needs, you will lead one of two critical streams:
- Mass Migration: Leading a high-velocity stream focused on automation, process optimization, and governing throughput KPIs for volume migrations.
- Complex Modernization: Acting as the chief technical authority for Tier 1 critical banking systems, focusing on refactoring, deep architectural challenges, and risk mitigation.

Location & Contract Type
Location: Remote position open to candidates in the Europe.
Contract Type: This position is open for candidates interested in Business-to-Business (B2B) contract position in countries in Europe. Please note this is a contract role for approximately 3 years.
What Will You Do?
- Lead a technical team (5–12 engineers), acting as the owner for delivery quality, throughput, and technical standards.
- For Mass Migration focus: Govern delivery KPIs (automation rate, cost, velocity) and optimize tool-based migration processes (MGN, CloudEndure).
- For Modernization focus: Own architecture design and risk assessment for complex Tier 1 workloads, including replatforming and database modernization.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance, troubleshooting patterns, and ensuring Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates are scalable and secure.
- Drive capacity planning and align technical roadmaps with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
What You Bring
- 8+ years in cloud engineering/migration with at least 3 years leading technical teams.
- Deep expertise in AWS migration tools (MGN, CloudEndure, DMS) and modernization patterns.
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and Linux (RHEL/Oracle) running on VMware vSphere/ESXi.
- Proficiency in automation and scripting (Python, Terraform, CloudFormation, Bash/PowerShell).
- Preferred: Experience in the Financial Services sector or with regulated banking workloads.
- AWS Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer certifications are highly valued.
