Key responsibilites:

• Work in the implementation team to develop new functionalities and maintaint existing ones
• Work on customizing the CRM software solution
• Organize and participate in the preparation of documentation for the design or modification of software applications and systems for the needs of the project
• Conducting UNIT testing
• Organize and participate in checking migrated data and defining typical problems and errors in the data migration phase by using predefined tools
• Document test procedures and test results for all phases of the project that are run in the clinet's enviromnent or in the target enviromnent
• Participation in documenting program solutions
• Work on additional improvement and improvement of the software solution

General Requirements:

We expect candidates to have the following knowledge and experience:

• Work experience as an IT specialist (administration or programming)
• Good knowledge of SQL language
• Oracle Database experience is an advantage – preferably Oracle DB/PLSQL
• Some experience in one of the procedural programming languages (Java, .NET, Phyton etc.)
• Some experience in working with JavaScript, HTML
• Understanding of CRM best practices and communicate between business and technical teams, providing good knowledge on CRM software and how it can be used to solve specific business
• Work experience in one of the CRM solutions (ex. Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Siebel CRM, Sugar CRM etc.)
• Oracle Siebel CRM experience is an advantage
• Work with web services experience (SOA architecture and/or REST API) is advantage
• Working experience in traditional and agile environments
• Knowledge of the English language (intermediate level B1/B2)

Additional requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in: technical-technological sciences (electrical engineering, computer science, informatics, etc.), economics, management, organizational sciences, or related areas
• At least 2 years of working experience with relevant technologies
