Technical Analyst

Job Overview

We are looking for a experienced Technical analyst to join our Mobile Web Hub (MWH) team in the Global Digital Factory Division of Generali Insurance Group. You will be involved in creation of mobile and web customer portal application for Generali insurance customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Analysis of Business Requirements: The technical analyst is responsible for analyzing business requirements from Front-End and BackEnd for FrontEnd (BFF) against the Global Business API Common Catalog (Global Data Model). This involves identifying areas that need adjustments to meet the requirements
• Experience with API Integration: The analyst should have experience with RESTful API design principles, API versioning strategies, security best practices and the  integration of APIs and the analysis of complex business requirements on digital assets. This includes ensuring that the APIs are integrated correctly and that they meet the necessary standards and requirements
• Collaboration with Business Units (e.g. Generali Serbia, Generali Poland...): The analyst must collaborate with Business Units' IT teams to gather integration requirements. This ensures that the development of Local IT applications is consistent with the MWH standards
• Support for Development Team: The integration analyst supports the development team in analyzing complex business requirements to evaluate their impact on all application layers. This includes providing technical guidance and ensuring that the integration processes are smooth and efficient

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IT Architecture and Applications
• Experience with API Integration
• Experience in business requirements analysis
