Kryptomon is a fully-remote gaming company based on blockchain technology, where Pokémon meet Tamagotchi and CryptoKitties. Founded in the year 2021 by a group of multidisciplinary friends connected by the love for Pokémon and videogames, we are now a team of 30+ talents from over 15 different countries around the globe. Job Summary:
We're expanding our Tech Team at our growing gaming company, and we're looking for a Tech Lead to be the driving force behind our tech stack development - as well as an example for the rest of the team.
As Tech Lead You Will:
- Lead the development across our front-end and back-end teams
- Serve as a go-to person for tech related questions
- Spend approximately 80% of your time on software development and 20% on team management
- Review PRs to ensure the highest quality code is being developed
- Have an active role during our agile ceremonies
- Keep the development team accountable for the delivery of the sprint
- Help with the product roadmap
You are:
- We are specifically keen to hear from professionals who can demonstrate the following background and experience:
Mandatory:
- A University Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent
- 7 years experience minimum in the software development space
- Strong backend and front-end experience
- 4 years of experience minimum with NodeJs
- 3 years of experience React and Typescript
- 2 years experience minimum in the enterprise sector and as Tech Lead
- Strong analytical/troubleshooting skills and experience conducting code reviews
- The ability to implement the technical roadmap on your own and get it done attitude, not afraid to learn new things
- Experience managing a fully remote team
- Your time zone is CET or similar
Nice to have:
- Experience with AWS, Azure and .NET
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline experience, Microservices, TDD, BDD
- Experience in startup fast growing environments
- Passion for blockchain and new technologies, experience is not required

Upoznaj kompaniju The Kryptomon Company
Kryptomon is an NFT Play-and-Earn blockchain-game, where Pokémon meets Tamagotchi and CryptoKitties.
Set in the Kryptomon metaverse, community members play as ‘Trainers’ of their own individual monsters — Kryptomons — each of which is a completely unique digital asset connected to an NFT. Each has a unique but mutable genetic code made up of 38 randomised parameters that determine all of the aspects — physical and behavioural — of the creature.
This not only ensures that each Kryptomon is unique but also brings to life each Kryptomon as a digital companion in the Kryptomon metaverse. They are capable of learning, falling sick, getting hungry, and protecting their trainers when out on an adventure in the physical world. In turn, trainers will have to care for, feed, and train their Kryptomon partners in order to grow and prepare for the battles ahead.
Kryptomon aims to create the next step in the evolution of crypto-gaming by using advanced blockchain technologies, digital genetics, and location-based technologies.

Kryptomon's Highlights:
- Kryptomon is a crypto-game metaverse of genetically-unique living NFT creatures formed by 38-genes DNA that are truly alive on the blockchain.
- Kryptomons are living NFT creatures that needs caring, feeding, playing, educating, and training from their owners, their trainers. Failing to do so will result in the hibernation of the Kryptomon, with other possible negative effects.
