As our team grows, we are looking for a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us.

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a dynamic individual who will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining top talent, as well as supporting various HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for identifying potential, and is passionate about creating a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further processes with department managers.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

HR Administration:

  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Manage payroll reports and benefits administration.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Assist in addressing employee challenges and concerns.
  • Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
  • Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and events.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition minimum of 1 year.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Digital skills with experience in various project management tools, Google Workspace, and similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
