WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, and at least 3 years of relevant work experience
Proactive and dedicated communication with colleagues and clients
Analytical thinking, reliability, professionalism, attention to detail, and creativity
Ability to communicate in English, with German being a plus

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Participating in the entire product lifecycle, from development and implementation to delivery, deployment, scaling, and optimization
Monitoring client systems, maintaining statistics, and analyzing log files
Analyzing client requests and providing operational feedback
Optimizing system components for enhanced performance
Drafting functional descriptions, user manuals, and installation instructions
Providing on-site assistance and L3 customer support
Handling installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of the entire hardware infrastructure

YOU SHOULD BE FAMILIAR WITH

Administering Windows and Linux servers
Proficiently managing applications and web servers
Strong understanding of network communication protocols
Utilizing command-line operations, scripting languages, and automation tools (Ansible, Bash, Power Shell)
Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
Proficiency in working with databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle)
Experience with backup solutions (Veeam, native DB tools)
