We are looking for: Support Engineer and Security Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Provide high level functional support in cases of questions, issues, requests for improvements
- Quickly resolve functional issues and minimize impact on end-user productivity and overall impact to organization
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
- Provide high level support for data exchange process
- Continuous tools and process improvements
- Collaborating with management and the IT department to improve security
- Writing and maintaining ISMS ISO27001 policies and procedures
- Conducting security awareness trainings
- Incident response management - documenting any security breaches and assessing their damage
- Keeping up to date with developments in IT security standards and threats
- Conducting internal audits and participate in external audits (ISO27001, TISAX)
- Conducting management review meetings
- Coordinating BCP and DRP teams
- GDPR compliance management
- Implementing data security measures
- Providing appropriate levels of security clearance to employees
- Close cooperation with IT department in order to monitor networks and user access
- Writing and maintaining risk management plan
- Support Engineer tasks and processes are 55% of time at this position, and 45% of time are tasks and processes of Security Consultant role
About you:
- Good analytical and technical skills
- Help Desk support experience
- Experience in IT or cybersecurity
- Experience with Linux and Windows
