The Automotive Aftermarket division (AA) in Serbia offers a broad range of services towards AA headquarter in Karlsruhe from areas of product marketing, quality management, trade marketing, purchasing and engineering. AA organization in Belgrade is unique on a global level due to being the only organization outside the central headquarter which performs the same headquarter processes.
Goals: Work as Data Engineer/Data Analyst in a European team “Customer and Supply Chain Services” (AA/SLC-EU)
mission: creation and enhancement of databases, automate processes and reporting (such as cockpit charts) to support and improve the order-to-cash process.
target: create transparency, save capacity and gain efficiency in the organization to deal with EU customer requirements and new projects.

Job Description
►Design and implement use cases for data analytics for Customer Supply Chain front- and backend
►Development of database design, data models and data sources for frontend development and visualization (e.g. Cockpit Charts)
►Development of ETL processes
►Testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of data pipelines and data quality
►Development of analytical models to analyze consolidated data to derive improvement potentials
►Optimize database and frontend based on feedback of customer advisor
►Automation of partially complex manual tasks
►Support User departments with analysis of complex data structures and visualize the insights into data and enable all hierarchies to support
►Close alignment with European Sales Logistics community and European logistic teams
►Technical consulting within SLC-EU development/automation team
Qualifications
►Bachelors or Masters in related business technology required (Business Information Systems, Computer Science or Supply Chain preferred)
►Minimum 3 years working experience as Data Engineer or Data Analyst
►Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills; experience in big data transformation/cleansing/warehousing preferred
►Strong Programming skills in SQL required
►Experienced with Microsoft business intelligence stack MS SQL, SSAS, SSIS and Power BI required
►Good communication and interpersonal skills
►Willing to travel
►Programming experience in C# and/or Python preferred
►Business fluent in written and spoken - English language
