What to do:
Support one or more Enterprise Management solutions based on monitoring and infrastructure management products from leading vendors: MS SCOM, MS SCCM, CA Spectrum, Symantec Altiris, IBM TWS, CA Autosys, CA Client Automation, open source platforms - Nagios, Zabbix;
Especially - Nagios/Check MK
Plan and implement changes in the client's IT infrastructure;
Collect and analyze data on system performance;
Write and update documentation.
Requirements for a candidate:
Knowledge and experience with corporate infrastructure management systems (monitoring, configuration management, job scheduling);
Good knowledge of OS: Windows Server 2012 and newer and/or Unix systems;
Good knowledge of network technologies.
Level of English: from Intermediate level and above. In work, you need to communicate with the customer;
Would be an advantage:
Experience in writing scripts in VBS, PowerShell, Python;
Knowledge and experience with databases;
Experience in writing technical documentation;
Knowledge of Nagios/Check MK products
