Overview of Job Function:
The solution specialists are Subject Matter Experts in JAGGAER’s Source-to-Pay software, business processes, and value creation. This role will focus on maturing enablement assets leveraged primarily by pre-sales and sales teams across the globe and contribute to the growth strategy of value creation through product and business innovation.
This position will be an excellent career move for anyone working within Procurement that would like to grow into a strategic, cross-functional enablement role. Equally, candidates in a Business Analyst position with procurement background knowledge who are keen to mature into an analytical and consulting role should find this opportunity exciting, as you will have the opportunity to evolve your value messaging and sales-orientated consulting skills.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Understand the entire “JAGGAER One” platform and become a subject matter expert in the Source-to-Pay software solutions
- Assist in development of online, live and interactive on-demand training programs and curriculum to help build critical skill levels
- Assist in design, creation, and delivery of impactful and scalable enablement content / sales assets
- Support JAGGAER Pre-Sales (e.g. SDR, Value Engineers) and Account Executives by maturing sales enablement training assets
- Proactively craft and propose solutions on how JAGGAER brings business value to address critical business challenges faced by industries
- Support in developing compelling demonstrations of JAGGAER software solutions to be leveraged in sales engagements
- Decompose complex problems into clear actionable plans
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage and improve sales content relevant to industry verticals and specific business scenarios
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gain feedback on ways to improve and expand product functionality and contribute to thought leadership content
- Query, analyze, and interpret huge datasets to build reports / synopsis of findings for business intelligence
- Creation and set up of automated processes
- Win Loss analysis of opportunities for strategic insight on sales strategies, product marketing, and product development
- Utilize metrics to assess effectiveness of enablement content and training
- Creation and execution of feedback surveys for measuring performance and gathering of critical information
- Employ advanced knowledge of customer business needs and processes, industry best practices, and competitive intel to determine purposeful information and how best to delivery this information
- Analyze and characterize industry segments with transformational growth opportunities
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years procurement experience or holistic understanding of procurement process and best practices
- Experience in enterprise software enablement
- Education: University degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering
- Excellent command of English language with strong written and verbal skills
- Experience using MS Office and collaborative tools (e.g. Word, PPT, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; creativity in problem solving and business need solutions
- Proficiency in database applications and queries (e.g. MySQL, MS Access, DB2)
- Proficiency in BI / visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Looker)
- Experience using Python or other scripting languages (preferred)
- Strong presentation skills in both creation and delivery
- A team player with ability to take personal ownership for deliverables and timelines
- Self-motivated and organized; ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
