Inovatec d.o.o. is looking for an experienced and highly analytical Software QA Engineer. The candidate must have a good knowledge of modern technologies, software design and functionalities in order to grasp the software flaws and suggest solutions. The candidate needs to have a background in software quality assurance.
Professional requirements:
- at least 1 year of software testing experience
- working experience with bug/issue tracking tools
- working experience in testing web-based products
- verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and timeliness in order to meet customer expectations
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates effective listening, communicate, interaction, discretion, and diplomacy skills
- Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with business and technical resources
- Must perform well in high-energy, dynamic and team-oriented environment
- Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to aggressive project deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish working relationships with individuals at varying levels within the organization
- Demonstrates a general understanding of the banking/lending industry and organizational relationships of the company

Daily responsibilities:
- Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables
- Identify test requirements from Conditions of Acceptance
- Develop, document and maintain functional test cases and other test artefacts under guidance of more experienced Analyst(s)
- Execute and evaluate manual test cases and report test results
- Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately
- Work with other QA project team members to assess QA progress and emergent risks
- Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements via Functional and Regression Testing
- Develop skills to isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes via Performance, Stress, Endurance, Exploratory, and Usability Testing
