IGT Belgrade branch provides gaming products for commercial casino markets, distributed government-sponsored markets, interactive (online) markets and sports betting markets. Our company in Belgrade has 250+ employees and it’s located at Business Center Usce with team offices with great views.
Our team
Our team is 11 developers strong, multidisciplinary team consisting of seniors, intermediates, and juniors. We work on integration of third-party data feed providers into our system. Supporting clients on a daily basis and solving issues that occurs. Second line support is provided to customers as part of daily routine. Ad-hoc releases are prepared sometimes to fulfill clients’ needs. Requirement tracking is done through Jira and in-house issue tracking system. When communicating with remote colleagues we are using mostly MS Teams for Business and e-mail.
What you’ll do
- Configuration setup per client requirements (database, yaml and xml configurations)
- Maintenance of services and applications written in .NET and Java (installation, upgrades)
- Providing 2nd line support for reported issues (mainly analyzing logs, checking system setup, data received by the 3rd party data providers)
- Closely collaborating with other teams and external partners, both technical and non-technical, during all project phases
Must-haves
- Technical education background or equivalent working experience
- Analytical approach to problem solving
- Experience in a technical production environment
- Solid knowledge of sport and sports betting
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Good communications skills and solid English
Nice-to-have
- Basic knowledge of C#, Java and XML
- Experience with any configuration/provisioning tools (Ansible, Puppet)
- Experience with complex 24/7 highly transactional systems is recommended
