Software QA Analyst

Company WhiteCitySoft is looking for a talented Software QA Analyst to join our growing team in Belgrade.

We develop for web and mobile, proprietary, partner and client projects. We deliver on every part of the production cycle, from ideation via branding, design and coding.

For the past 7 years, we have been working closely with several large clients in the advertising, travel and real-estate industries. We develop for web and mobile, proprietary, partner and client projects.  Throughout that time, we have accumulated knowledge from several successful projects in the programmatic advertising field and are actively servicing some of the largest digital media companies in the USA. Collectively, our backend software, platform, and client-facing products are built to enable digital media (supply) with the best-in-class monetization tools (demand) in a seamless and optimized way.

Your role would be:

• Design and implement testing plans for products
• Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency
• perform functional tests
• test functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product.
• Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable
• Investigate customer complaints and product issues
• Create comprehensive bug reports and follow-up their resolution with developers

Key Skills:

• 2+ y Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing
• Keen attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Working experience with bug/issue tracking tools
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The following would be a bonus:

• A degree to BS/MS level, in Computer-Science, Electronics, Mathematics or similar
• Experience with testing/consuming web APIs using Postman or similar tool
• Knowledge of STLC phases
