We are looking for a new team member who'll be responsible for designing and managing business intelligence tools and systems, data pipelines, DWH and self-service analytics tools. This role involves collaborating with and supporting internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate and collaborate with team members in the development process: design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Implementation of highly available and scalable services.
- Participate in design and code reviews to help increase the quality of our products.
- Support existing systems while making enhancements towards future architecture.
- Participates in the definition and applying of the life cycle of software process.
- Interact with business units effectively regarding requirements and specifications.
- Work within a scrum team.
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 2+ years working as an Engineer on BI or Data projects.
- Strong knowledge of relational database systems and SQL.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with large amount of data.
- Experience with Python/Java/C#
- Fluent in English, verbal and written.
Nice to have:
- Experience with SSIS, SSAS and MDX.
- Experience with Tableau.
- Experience with AWS (or any other cloud) development.
- Experience with Flink or Spark/Spark Streaming.
- Experience with SCRUM or other agile methodologies.
