Duration: 3 months 
Location: Novi Sad, Kula
Compensation: Paid Internship 

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with experienced developers on real-world projects 
• Learn and apply best practices in software engineering
• Sharpen your skills in .NET, C#, and Java
• Gain hands-on experience with database technologies and clean code principles
• Receive mentorship and professional guidance throughout the program 

What We’re Looking For 

Technical Skills: 

• Solid knowledge of C#, .NET, and/or Java
• Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and clean code principles
• Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL
• Frontend development knowledge is a plus but not mandatory

Soft Skills: 

• Good communication and team collaboration
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail 

Requirements 

• Available to work on-site in Novi Sad/Kula throughout the internship
• Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
