Software Developer (Senior)

ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in configuring, developing, and testing MES software solutions. Your responsibilities will also include deploying software applications and updates to client production environments, as well as providing essential support to project management and the technical lead in the successful execution of project plans and maintaining positive client relations.

Salary: Up to 3,836,000 RSD Net Annual Salary.

SUMMARY OF ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will: 

• Configuration of MES Software according to specifications.
• Development of MES Software Custom Components according to specifications.
• Internal System Testing of MES Software Configuration / Development Increments.
• Version Control.
• Task Management.
• Deployment of MES Software Configuration / Development Increments to client production environments.
• Commissioning of deployment of MES Software Configuration / Development Increments on client production environments (On-Site and Remote).
• Support Project Management / Technical Leads in informing clients of project milestones / addressing functionality queries.
• Assist the support department in the escalation/completion of support tickets where applicable.
• Support project management in developing comprehensive project plans.
• Regularly inform the Project Manager and team members about potential obstacles and delays impacting project progress.
• Actively participate in daily scrum meetings and ensure that project boards are consistently updated and accurate.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS

• Experience and Knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree in software development / Similar Field
• Professional Experience Developing Custom Software Applications using ASP.Net
• Professional Experience in SQL Programming
• Professional Experience in Agile Software Development
• Professional Experience in manual software testing

Skills and Abilities:

• ASP.Net Software Development
• SQL Development
• JavaScript Development
• DevOps Experience
• Git Experience
• Knowledge of MES system

Other:

• Ability to independently travel to clients.
• Assume responsibility for tasks, demonstrating independence and minimal need for supervision, while proactively identifying and escalating potential risks and obstacles.
• Exhibit strong time management abilities and effective tracking skills.
