Responsibilities:
· SPOC ITSM: General questions regarding Ticketing system, coordination with GPMO, management and coordination of changes and escalations within OSM-Q
· User Access Administration
· Produce reports as defined for the MVS service and maintain the respective database (mostly off-shored to FJ in Pune, India; supervising the person in Pune)
· Processing ad-hoc report requests
· User access to Fujitsu ticket handling system (GC3)
· User access to internal UBS SharePoint, P: drive folders and external DocPortal.
· Reporting on contractual measurements and KPIs
· Building reports, analysis and pursuing for the most efficient way (automation) of providing the data
· Providing ad-hoc reports and analysis based on customer requirements and needs
· Manage and cooperate with calculation resource operating out of Poland GDC
Сandidate should have
v IT experience - 1-3 years
v Knowledge of IT service management methodology (ISO, ITIL, COBIT, MOF, etc.);
The candidate must have the following abilities and skills:
-analyze data
-identify trends
- measure and analyze metrics and KPIs;
- work with basic MS Office programs at an advanced level
- attentiveness, diligence, initiative;
- self-organization and self-control;
- leadership.
It is desirable to have a ITIL Foundation certificate.
