About the Role

We are looking for a communicative, organised person to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and partners.

Your main task will be to handle calls and emails, resolve simple requests, and forward more complex issues to the appropriate team: IT, Sales, or Finance.

You’ll work in an international environment: Serbia and Belgium, and use English and Dutch daily.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls and emails
• Create and manage requests in the system
• Contact customers: internet support, notifications, invoices
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, and Finance teams
• Help improve communication processes with clients

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Dutch and English
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Previous administrative experience is a plus
• Ability to multitask and stay efficient
