As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who will design intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling frontend applications.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality user interfaces and interactive experiences for web and mobile applications
• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs
• Create and maintain design systems and component libraries for scalable frontend development
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers, product owners and backend teams to ensure seamless handoff and implementation
• Implement mobile-first, responsive and accessible designs
• Incorporate interaction and motion design (micro-interactions, animations) to enhance user experience
• Conduct and analyze usability tests and A/B testing, iterating designs based on feedback
• Apply best practices in UI/UX design, documentation and workflow management
• Stay up-to-date with modern design trends, tools and emerging technologies

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile projects
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (must-have)
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and/or Sketch / XD (Nice-to-Have)
• Experience with handoff and collaboration tools like Zeplin, Abstract or Miro
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, SCSS to communicate effectively with frontend developers
• Solid experience in wireframing, prototyping and user flow design
• Knowledge of interaction design, micro-interactions and motion principles
• Familiarity with user testing, analytics and feedback-driven iteration
• Strong visual design sense, problem-solving and analytical skills
• A responsible, collaborative team player with excellent communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with 3rd party integrations, including payment providers
• Familiarity with Graylog or similar logging systems
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Jira
• Experience with microservice-based architectures
• Knowledge of Go Lang
