Senior Support Engineer

As a Senior Support Engineer in our Banking Outsource - Operations team, you will have an opportunity to use your engineering mindset in order to contribute to maintaining some of the most recognized Asseco products for e-banking, payment institutions and instant payment. You will be involved in providing timely and efficient resolution of client requests, analysis of problem causes and reporting to the development team, writing automation scripts for future use, optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability.

About you

• You have 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in system and technical support roles
• You are familiar with Kubernetes and container-based infrastructure solutions
• You are skilled in writing scripts using Bash and/or PowerShell
• You understand reverse proxy maintenance and have hands-on experience with tools such as HAProxy (preferred), Nginx, Apache, or IIS
• You are comfortable working with both Linux and Windows operating systems
• You have knowledge of database technologies such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle
• You have demonstrated leadership capabilities or prior team lead experience (considered a plus)
• You hold a college or university degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• You possess intermediate-level English communication skills
• You are driven to deliver high-quality results aligned with internal and external standardsYou bring strong analytical thinking and enjoy solving complex technical problems
