Clarivate is a world leader providing Intellectual Property (IP) management solutions. Our Salesforce-based IPfolio application is at the heart of our future strategy and growing rapidly in features, integrations, and global customer adoption. We need someone to help us expand, grow and scale to serve the world’s largest and most innovative companies with managing their IP portfolios. This is a technical leadership role, and we are looking for an experience Salesforce developer to set our future architectural direction and solve complex problems, as well as providing on the job coaching and guidance to developer engineers. Experience with building and shipping enterprise applications as a Salesforce ISV (preferably OEM) partner is a must.

Responsibilities
- Participate actively and enthusiastically in one of our agile and cross-functional teams
- Closely cooperate with our Product Owner, QAs and Ops.
- Design and develop our web applications, as well as interfaces between different systems
- Document and assure the quality of work through unit and acceptance tests.
- Participate in our regular Community of Practices (Clean Code, Review, Know-Sharing, ...) sessions
- Continuously improve agile development methods and processes together with your team.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good skills in developing enterprise software following best practices regarding architectural patterns and clean code
- Several years (4+) of experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Component development
- Good experience with working around Salesforce limits by using asynchronous/batch processing
- Excellent knowledge of GIT based source driven development
- Experience with Salesforce DX is a plus
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
- Degree in Computer Science, or similar relevant professional formation and experience
- General technical knowledge and a curiosity to continuously build that knowledge
- Advanced level of English Language
Work Environment:
We are a remote first company but the majority of the team are based in the CET timezone and most work activity and meetings will take place in that timezone
