Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack / Frontend with AI focus)

OFFICE-BASED/ FULL-TIME 

About the role

You will work from our Belgrade office and closely collaborate with the Product Owner / Tech Lead to build, improve, and operate an AI-powered SaaS product. 

Software development follows the BMAD Method and uses Claude Code for AI-assisted implementation.

Your Mission:

• Implement product features end-to-end;
• Build high-quality frontend user interfaces;
• Integrate AI features using Claude Code;
• Collaborate on backend APIs and data models;
• Improve performance, UX, and reliability;
• Support AI-driven help and automation;
• Participate in deployments, monitoring, and operations.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years professional software development experience;
• Strong React / Next.js skills;
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot, etc.);
• Understanding of structured development methodologies (BMAD or similar);
• Backend and SaaS architecture understanding;
• Responsible mindset for production systems;
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Tech Stack: React / Next.js, TypeScript, APIs, PostgreSQL, Git, CI/CD, Vercel, Firebase, Neon
