Senior Software Architect

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade applications and platforms. With deep expertise in Java full stack technologies, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps, you will guide teams in building scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

As a key technology leader, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, drive architectural decisions, and mentor teams across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the architecture for enterprise-scale Java/J2EE applications.
• Design cloud-ready, scalable, and secure systems using microservices and DevOps practices.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance across development teams.
• Apply deep expertise in Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Angular/TypeScript, REST APIs, Hibernate.
• Oversee database architecture (Postgres, Oracle) and ensure performance and security.
• Drive best practices in CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure-as-code (Jenkins, Ansible, Bitbucket).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.
• Mentor engineers, review designs, and ensure adherence to secure coding and design standards.
• Contribute to multiple projects using Agile/Lean methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Java/J2EE application development.
• 5+ years as a Technical Architect or Senior Technical Lead.
• Strong hands-on skills in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Angular/TypeScript.
• Expertise in REST APIs, Hibernate, Postgres, Oracle.
• Strong understanding of cloud concepts, microservices, DevOps.
• Deep knowledge of OOP, DBMS, system design, and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to design scalable, high-performance, and secure systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Bitbucket and modern collaboration tools.
• Experience with secure design guidelines and compliance standards.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
