As Magento partners, we use Magento as the backbone for our solutions and build from it using JS technologies.

We are searching for: Senior Project Manager
You will join Jola’s team in creating amazing eCommerce PWA solutions that incorporate bleeding-edge technology.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Organization of tasks to assure effective projects development and deliverables to the clients,
- Communication with clients in order to understand clients' needs and gather information necessary for project development,
- Reporting to clients and giving feedback on project development (creating timelines for project development, monitoring development, time logs, defining specific requirements …),
- Collaborating with team members and other stakeholders in order to achieve results.
Experience and technical skills required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working on same or similar jobs,
- Knowledge of project management software such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Teamwork or Confluence, etc,
- Advanced understanding of web design standards, usability, and rich media,
- Experience in working with large/complicated projects and high profile clients,
- Advanced understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations, and run team meetings,
- An ability to anticipate issues, identify future choke points, and work ahead of time to alleviate potential issues,
- An ability to manage many projects simultaneously,
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills,
- Great attention to detail,
- Advanced knowledge of the English language.
Preferred skills:
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce or BigCommerce,
- An ability to demonstrate leadership capability with teams of 3 or more people,
- Development background (preferably proficient in JavaScript & PHP).
