We are hiring Senior Project Manager.
About your Role
As a Project Manager in our Project Management team you will:
- Create and execute complex project work plans, scope, budget and timelines in order to deliver project that meets customers and business needs and meet changing needs and requirements of the project.
- Navigate complex environment, manage stakeholders, prioritize work and be able to successfully negotiate resources availability and support from other organizations in the company (sales, product development, etc…)
- Assessment and evaluation of project risks, propose and implement mitigation activities in order to minimize them, monitor and control the probability and impact of unfortunate events affecting the project realization
- Monitor and ensure that project are executed according to Project Budget/P&L and Project Plan in order to meet customers and business needs.
- Create project reports and presentations in order to provide relevant information to projects stakeholders and customers
About you
- You have 5+ years of experience as Project Manager
- You have minimum 5 projects delivered with the budget at least 100K EUR each
- You have experience in delivering software development projects
- Your experience in leading agile teams will be considered as an advantage
- Your PMP, Scrum or Prince 2 certificate will be considered as an advantage
- You hold University Degree in Technical, Engineering, Mathematics, Information System or other equivalent
- You are fluent in English
- You have a strong drive to achieve the best results against internal and external standards of excellence
- You have strong presentation, negotiation and time management skills
- You are a good team player and you are open to acquiring new skills and competencies, as well as improving existing
