IGT is seeking a best-in-class Senior Project Manager Gaming to join its PlayDigital Games Project Management team. We are looking for an articulate and energetic pioneer who can inform the right decisions based on customer understanding, business acumen, analytical decision making, people skills, and a passion for games and entertainment. Based in our Belgrade game studio, you will collaborate with teams across the world in the US, China, and Europe.
What will you do:
- Leading and executing the full scope of medium to large, complex assignments / projects / operating processes that involve multiple technology systems across multiple disciplines globally
- Navigate and troubleshoot through escalated issues and complex problems, contribute to the development of complex solutions and techniques
- Complete a variety of complex tasks in creative, highly resourceful, and effective ways
- Being accountable for project portfolio management and project resources, timeline, not limited to a single entity, but across Play Digital cross functional resources
- Lead and participate in removing project barriers and roadblocks, submit schedules for assigned projects
- Develop, track and report on project progress, schedules, and project metrics
- Ensure timely and cost-effective completion of assigned projects
- Lead and Project Manage assigned projects – Manage projects through delivery
- Own and drive collaboration with cross functional resources.
- Ensure management of interdepartmental activities are driven to completion.
- Manage risks proactively and identify ways to mitigate risks
- Delivery of all game related paperwork required by Compliance department
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in Technical Product, Project or Program Manager with a record of successful delivery
- Experience with various development methodologies (lean, agile, waterfall etc)
- Basic knowledge of key web and software development including HTML5, CSS, Java, XML
- Strong skills in Excel, MS Project, Jira, Source code control systems (Perforce a plus)

- A ‘can-do’ attitude, proactive, self-starter, ability to understand the big picture, ‘connect the dots’ and project possible risks and ways to mitigate risks
- Strong sense of project ownership and willingness to go above and beyond to chase down loose ends and deliver projects on time
- Demonstration of solid oral and written communication skills, interacting with cross functional groups
