Senior PHP Developer

We are a game development company building innovative projects. Our team designs scalable and high-performance systems on AWS to deliver engaging gaming experiences to our users. We are looking for a Senior PHP Developer (Symfony) to help strengthen and scale our robust software infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-level applications using Symfony Framework
• Design high-performance and optimized queries on PostgreSQL
• Manage job/queue systems based on Supervisor, Redis, and RabbitMQ
• Ensure integration and optimization of applications running on AWS
• Build integrations with 3rd party APIs and software solutions
• Actively participate in code reviews
• Apply best practices in software development processes

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in PHP, preferably with Symfony Framework and Doctrine ORM (must-have)
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL (indexes, query optimization, migration management)
• Hands-on experience with Redis and RabbitMQ in messaging/queue systems
• Practical experience with Supervisor or similar process management tools
• Experience working with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
• Experience in developing 3rd party integrations (REST)
• Strong problem-solving, research and analytical thinking skills
• A responsible, collaborative team player with excellent communication skills

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Jira
• Experience in microservices architecture
• Knowledge of GO Lang
• Proficiency in Turkish
