Lets Process IT d.o.o. is recruiting Senior Network and Systems Engineer for its Remote Infrastructure and Cloud Management practice, serving a limited set of highly selected international customers and its own Internal IT. The successful candidate will be able to flexibly manage various networks in cooperation with the existing team and technology Partners; a solid know-how of Systems engineering is a strict requirement, although primary focus will be on Networks. Highly friendly work environment, remote work options available, standard work hours and paid off-hours availability in case of operational emergencies.
Main responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible of both on-premise (Belgrade) and cloud based environments, covering incident management as well as preventative and corrective maintenance of systems. Domain specific core know-how and skills required are as follows:
Network Engineering
- Development and maintenance of WAN and LAN network infrastructure
- Development and maintenance of wireless network infrastructure
- Administration of Cisco ISE
- Ensuring and maintaining optimal performance of all managed systems
- Network monitoring
- Management of network device backup
- Creation and upkeeping of Client and internal documentation
Systems Engineering
- Datacenter support – Level 2 IT Infrastructure Operations for Client and Internal IT
- Management of Operating Systems, storage and monitoring operations
- Creation and upkeeping of Client and Value Shore own Internal IT and related systems/process documentation
- Ensuring and maintaining optimal performance of all managed systems
- Backup and restore management
- Disaster Recovery planning and implementation
Required Technical Skills:
Networking
- Knowledge of network routers and switches (Cisco, HP): switch stacking, static and dynamic routing, FHRP, access list, NAT, network traffic analysis etc.
- WAN technologies: VPN (MPLS and DMVPN nice to know)
- Solid understanding of firewall devices (ASA or similar)
- Multi-site (geographical) wireless infrastructure (WLC)
- Cisco ISE
- Solid understanding of Cisco Cloud Proxy or Umbrella
- Monitoring tools (PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix or similar)
- Cloud networking experience, nice to have (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS)
- CCNA R&S nice to have
Systems
- Operating Systems: Windows and Linux
- Cloud deployed infrastructure (one minimum among Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
- Virtualization framework: ESX (preferred) and/or Hyper-V
- Storage devices and solutions (SAN/NAS equipment)
- Office 365
- Hybrid Exchange environment
- Identity Management solutions – ADFS, FIM, MIM, other federation solutions
- Active directory Users/Policy management and integration with Azure AD
- SCCM administration and image management
- Experience with enterprise level tools for backup and recovery
Additional desired skills:
- Experience with VOIP and UC systems (Asterisk,FreePBX, MicrosoftTeams, etc.)
- Any higher-level Cisco Certifications with tangible hands-on experience are strongly preferred (CCNP R&S or CCNP Security)
- Experience with OTRS, ServiceNow, and/or similar ITSM tools. Understanding of ITIL related concepts (V3 and/or V4)
- Experience with enterprise level tools for backup and recovery
Education and qualification requirements:
- University level education in computer science (or similar discipline) and/or comparable experience with a minimum of 5 years configuring and maintaining IT infrastructure, for both Networking and Systems.
