We work exclusively with AI-native companies—founder-led teams deploying machine learning as core infrastructure, not as a side experiment.

These roles are contract-to-hire, remote-first, and high-ownership. 

You’ll embed directly into U.S. teams and ship production-grade code from Day 1.

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Proven ability to architect scalable, distributed systems
• System Design experience: You’ve designed and built real-world ML infrastructure, not just trained models
• LLM implementation experience (via APIs, RAG pipelines, prompt frameworks, or workflow automation)
• Mastery of Python, ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), and modern MLOps stacks
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal + written)
• Based in Serbia, with a contractor-ready setup
• Mindset Fit: You embrace AI-augmented development. If you resist automation or prefer old-school code-only workflows, this role isn't for you.

What You Might Work On (Project Examples)

• Deploying LLM-powered agents in microservice architectures using AWS Bedrock or OpenAI APIs
• Designing resilient pipelines for training, testing, and retraining computer vision models in manufacturing or healthcare
• Building prompt-optimized, domain-specific knowledge workers using LangChain, Weaviate, and cloud orchestration tools
• Delivering real-time inference APIs with performance constraints and monitoring hooks
