We’re an AI-first company partnering with top U.S. unicorns and big tech to build and scale production-grade ML systems. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer (MLOps), you'll drive the deployment, automation, and performance of ML solutions that power mission-critical applications.

What you’ll do

• Deploy & Maintain ML Models: Own the full lifecycle of production-grade models—from endpoint management to performance tuning.
• Implement MLOps Practices: Build reusable frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and automated workflows to streamline deployment and reduce overhead.
• Manage Data Pipelines: Develop scalable pipelines for training, inference, and feature engineering, including integration with feature stores and vector databases.
• Scale Systems: Ensure systems are scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with engineering and business needs.
• Build ML Platforms: Create unified, reproducible ML platforms and tools that accelerate development while ensuring compliance and reliability.
• Optimize Performance: Monitor model latency, cost, and drift. Collaborate on A/B tests and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work across domains like personalization, search, and recommendations to integrate ML seamlessly into business products.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in ML engineering, MLOps, or production ML systems
• Expertise in model deployment, CI/CD, containerization (Docker/K8s), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Proficiency with tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Terraform, and feature stores
• Strong Python and scripting skills; deep understanding of system architecture and data infrastructure
• Experience with monitoring, testing, and optimizing live ML systems
