In this regard, together with our partner we are building up a nearshore team extension for its Product & Technology team and are looking for a: Senior Frontend Engineer to join the Clyde team in Serbia to further develop the product portfolio and drive growth.
Your responsibilities:
- Further development of the Clyde website (clyde.ch) and the customer portal (my.clyde.ch) and potentially future tools and services
- Ensuring a cutting-edge user experience in accordance with the UX/UI guidelines and specifications
- Building high-quality frontend software with a focus on performance, maintainability, and reliability
- Ensuring efficient backend-frontend communication and integration of 3rd party services (CMS, Clyde backend, MarTech tools, etc.)
- Maintaining and refactoring of the existing codebase
- Communicating with other software engineers, product owners, and UX/UI designers
Your profile:
- You have a university degree in software engineering or information technology
- You have at least 6 years of experience in software engineering
- You are passionate about modern frontend architecture and tooling
- You have 3-4 years of experience with React and at least 1-2 years of experience with Next.js or similar frameworks
- You have expert knowledge of modern HTML and CSS, and CSS frameworks like Tailwind
- You have an understanding of agile project methodologies (SCRUM)
- You've got a can-do mentality and a passion for digital products
- You've got an eye for detail and an understanding of the modern user experience
- You have the ability to coach team members with less experience
- You have excellent communication and English skills
