We are actively seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our remote team.
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in architecting and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructure using Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless deployment and management of cloud-based applications, ensuring high availability and reliability for our clients.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Serbia.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage cloud solutions using Azure/AWS
- Implement container platforms like Docker and Kubernetes
- Carry out continuous integration and delivery using CI/CD tools
- Write automation scripts for systems using appropriate coding languages
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using tools
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Use English language skills to collaborate in a global team environment
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in working with Azure or AWS (AKS/EKS, API Management, Virtual Machines, Cloud Databases, networking/VPC, VPNs, Serverless, IAM etc.)
- Good understanding of Containers (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
- Solid experience with CI/CD: (Jenkins, TeamCity, GoCD, Travis, CodePipeline, Azure DevOps and etc)
- Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, CloudFormation or CDK/SDK)
- Relevant scripting/coding experience for developing automation (Bash, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Java, .Net, or other)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Graylog or similar)
- Excellent communication skills (speaking, writing and reading)
- Upper-Intermediate spoken English (B2)
Nice to have
- Certifications in Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services
- Experience with serverless computing and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef
- Understanding of infrastructure security best practices

Jako velika birokratija koja onemogucava bilo kakve normalne procese u kompaniji. Za svaki problem ili pitanje potrebno je da se prodje kompletna menadzerska vertikala u Srbiji, Evropi i Americi dok se odluka ne donese. Mogucnost promene projekata je ravna nuli, postoji samo teoretski. Mogucnost promene tehnologije je ravna nuli, postoji samo teoretski. Povisice su ocajne ili ih nema uopste, obrazlozenja su klasicna, kriza u svetu, dobro je sto uopste imamo radna mesta itd. Rusi koji rade u kompaniji imaju 3 do 4 puta vece plate od srba koji rade na istim pozicijama. Za promenu senioriteta se prvo ide na asesment pred medjunarodnu komisiju koja te intenzivno ispituje bez prekida dva sata. Pre nego sto se izadje pred tu komisiju potrebno je izaci na pri asesment koji sluzi u svrhu kvalifikacije za asesment, a takodje pred licem iz inostranstva. Pre pri asesmenta postoji pri pri asesment koji sluzi da se kvalifikujes da izadjes na pri asesment. Kompanije je dobra jedino za ciste pocetnike kojima treba bilo kakav prvi posao i da u kompaniji ostanu do 2 godine pre nego sto odu u drugu kompaniju.
