We analyze data with various machine learning techniques to maximize profits, grow businesses and expand business portfolio. We create analytics and BI dashboards that can inform strategic decision-making. With predictive analytics and machine learning, we can predict the next steps needed for business development.
Key Requirements:
- Developing and applying complex statistical models and machine learning algorithms to data, uncovering patterns and insights that are not immediately obvious.
- Using predictive analytics to forecast future trends and behaviors, providing businesses with foresight that can inform strategic decisions.
- Closely collaborating with stakeholders to understand their challenges and goals, ensuring that data analysis aligns with business objectives.
- Continuously researching and experimenting with new data techniques and tools.
- Examining large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and patterns that may not be immediately apparent.
- Applying statistical methods to test hypotheses and make predictions based on historical data.
- Designing and creating data reports and visualizations that succinctly present findings in a visually appealing and understandable manner.
- Determining the scope, design, and implementation of machine-learning models to achieve overall goals and targets through the realization of use cases.
- Collaborating with product owners, business analysts, data warehousing teams, and data engineering in creating big data applications using structured and unstructured data, designing data architecture, and experimenting with new machine learning techniques.
- Taking responsibility for end-to-end delivery of machine learning models, including regular testing and maintenance of analytical models to enhance efficiency and adapt to changes in business needs.
- Providing support to business analysts in interpersonal communication related to the design, functionality, and outcomes of analytical models/solutions (e.g., tech documentation).
- Participating in the implementation of Big Data / Advanced Analytics solutions (entire cycle – solution analysis and design, configuration and development, solution testing, user training, solution readiness for productive use, and user support).
- Working with the team leader and project manager to build client relationships, identifying their needs in a timely manner, and converting them into functional analysis and concrete solutions.
- Collaborating and supporting pre-sales and sales activities of the company related to Big Data / Advanced Analytics solutions.
- Participating in project preparation.
- Contributing to client proposals in the field of Big Data / Advanced Analytics solutions.
- Continuously working on self-improvement and acquiring relevant certifications.Performing other relevant tasks necessary for the implementation of Big Data / Advanced Analytics projects.

Candidate profile:
- Advanced expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning.
- Proficiency in programming languages, predominantly SQL, Python, and R, used for data analysis and model development.
- Familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, Numpy, Keras, PyTorch, Plotly, Seaborn, Dash, which assist in building and implementing predictive models.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with a sharp analytical mind, enabling them to tackle complex data challenges.
- Knowledge of data visualization software, such as Tableau or PowerBI, crucial for presenting data findings in an accessible way.
- Basic understanding of statistics is necessary for accurately interpreting data and drawing valid conclusions.
