 What you´ll be doing : 

• Design and implement data mapping frameworks to support regulatory and internal reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain data models that align with business and compliance needs.
• Ensure data quality through validation, profiling, and continuous monitoring processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Finance and other to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Maintain and improve metadata management, data lineage documentation, and business definitions.
• Support the development of self-service data tools and dashboards for internal users.
• Participate in data governance initiatives, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and contribute to the overall data strategy of the Bank.

 What you´ll need to succeed:  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SAS Viya).
• Preferable experience with data modeling and data quality frameworks.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting standards (e.g., Basel, EBA, NBS) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
