Senior Automation Engineer

PLAYSTUDIOS, Inc. is the creator of the groundbreaking playAWARDS loyalty platform, and a publisher and developer of award-winning mobile games, including the iconic Tetris® mobile app, POP! Slots, myVEGAS Slots, myVEGAS Blackjack, my KONAMI Slots, myVEGAS Bingo, and MGM Slots Live. Besides the USA and Asia, Playstudios Europe opened its doors in Belgrade in 2021.

On the Client side, we are developing a unified platform SDK for our games on Android, iOS, and Unity. The Backend engineers in the team are responsible for building high-scale cloud-based real-time systems.

We’re looking for a team player with strong and to-the-point communication skills, who’s not afraid of asking others and of self-learning. While having constant guidance, we expect you to grasp complex systems quickly and take full ownership of your domain.

As a key role in our team, you will be responsible for the quality of the product and its stability within the client's games. You will manage the releases of a cross-company core product and the support and communication with clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Writing full test plans based on Product requirements documents.
• Apply manual tests on developed features.
• Develop and maintain automation tests on the SDK.
• Understand feature flows end-to-end and be able to guide customers and users through them
• Be a first responder for customer support issues.
• Help navigate open issues to relevant discipline within the team.
• Verify quality on all mobile platforms (Android, iOS & Unity).
• Manage releases of the product.
• Be proactive and independent in collaboration with team members and stakeholders to achieve the team's goals

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ Years of experience in coding (automated tests).
• 5+ Years of experience in manual testing with mobile apps.
• Strong English communication skills- verbal and written.
• BSc in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
