Job Description

tutti.ch is one of the most popular second-hand marketplaces in Switzerland with almost 3 million Monthly Active Users. We have offices in Zurich and Belgrade, and we are part of TX Group, a media company headquartered in Zurich.

Working at tutti.ch you will be:

• Running one of the biggest Swiss marketplaces with over 300,000 Monthly Active Users on Android
• Keeping a 99% crash-free rate while shipping big features like Messaging
• Working in a modern development methodology (based on Basecamp's Shape Up) where you own the code and the delivery
• Being a full member of our international distributed team

Your responsibility:

• Work closely with the product and other development teams
• A positive attitude and passion for your job
• Write clean and maintainable code with Unit and UI tests
• Own major application features and take responsibility for their maintenance and improvement over time
• Knowledge sharing and mentoring other developers
• Challenge the status quo and come up with new ideas and solutions
• Evaluate technologies and keep yourself up to date to the Android technology landscape

Your profile:

• 5+ years of experience developing mobile applications on Android. Experience with Kotlin is a must
• Strong knowledge of asynchronous frameworks like Kotlin Coroutines and RxJava
• Strong knowledge of dependency injection frameworks like Koin, Dagger 2 or Hilt
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle
• Strong understanding of UX/UI designs and the care to develop world-class user interfaces
• Experience with Jetpack Compose is a plus
• Knowledge of clean architecture and MVVM pattern
• Experience with iOS or a cross-platform solution like Flutter or React Native would be nice but not required
