Senior Active Directory (AD) Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• AD Maintenance: Plan, implement and test configuration changes (sites, trusts, replication, group policies, delegations, integrations) to AD infrastructure well as AD FS, Entra Connect (ex. Azure AD Connect), DNS, DHCP solutions.
• Advanced User Support: Provide user support for non-standard incidents (Level 3) where required to ensure issues with AD and related components are resolved within the SLA specified.
• Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) Support: Support JML process on advanced level (Level 3) to ensure uninterrupted lifecycle of user accounts across AD infrastructure components.
• Optimization: Identify and implement optimisation strategies to enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of AD services.
  Documentation: Develop and maintain low-level documentation and operational guidelines for AD infrastructure maintenance, including “shift-to-left” instructions.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and managing AD infrastructure.Skills: Strong understanding of LDAP and Microsoft AD architecture, group policies, access management and authentication protocols such as Kerberos and SAML.
• Problem-solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Certifications (optionally): Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solution Associate: Windows Server or similar are preferred.
