Senior .NET Developer - Fintech

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and evolve production-grade .NET services in a distributed fintech environment.
• Develop and maintain microservices running in Azure (App Services, Functions, AKS).
• Work on event-driven and integration-heavy systems (APIs, Service Bus, external partners).
• Refactor existing codebases to improve performance, stability, and maintainability.
• Own your services end-to-end: development, testing, deployment, monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with architects, DevOps, product, and compliance.
• Make and document technical decisions with incomplete information, balancing risk, quality, and delivery.

Tech Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)

You should be hands-on and battle-tested with:

• Strong .NET / C#, including correct async/await usage, solid understanding of memory, threading and performance, and the ability to profile and diagnose production issues.
• Real Azure experience across App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, Service Bus, Key Vault, and Azure DevOps.
• Microservices and distributed systems.
• T-SQL, including query design, performance tuning and indexing.
• External integrations and APIs, including third-party and fintech service providers.
• Angular, with practical production experience.
• Refactoring and testing.
