Description
The candidate will be responsible for creating & delivering in a timely and accurate fashion, solutions using Salesforce. The candidate will be responsible for the application design of Salesforce related projects. The candidate must demonstrate progressive leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment. Through the use of UML diagrams, design documentation and best-practice methodologies, you will be responsible for the detailed design of Salesforce related projects from inception through production support. The Solution Architect is responsible for the overall design of the functional Salesforce solution and for recommending best practice solution designs based on client business needs. A Solution Architect will map business requirements to system/technical requirements, understanding the technical depth of the project and providing functional and technical direction to his/her project team. The Solution Architect is a client-facing role, where strong professionalism, interpersonal skills, and deep functional knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform are paramount to the successful delivery of each project. In addition to solution design and project/program management, a Solution Architect is also engaged in practice development initiatives and will be called on to provide thought leadership in at least one industry vertical or Salesforce.com knowledge area as a part of their job function.

- Strong knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
- Strong knowledge of data management, including data capture, warehousing, segmentation, mining, storing, cleansing, and security
- Systems design experience, with the ability to architect or explain complex systems interactions including data flows, common interfaces, APIs and other methods
- Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end to end implementation experience
- Strong experience with configuration, customization, and ideally (but not necessarily) also programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch
