Job Description
- Implementation of IT systems for Human Resources and payroll for large companies, using modern technologies.
- Customization of standard SAP system localized for the Republic of Serbia.
- Analyzing current business needs in Human Resources related processes, focusing on continuous identifying possible improvement areas.
- Working with Human Resources departments on business process design.
- Writing business analysis documents and conceptual design specifications.
- Creation of software development specifications.
- Writing business analysis documents and conceptual design specifications.
- Fostering trust and productive working relationships with colleagues and business partners.
Job Requirements
- University degree: ETF, FON, PMF or similar.
- Excellent computer knowledge.
- Proven track record in Human Resources and/or payroll.
- Experience with IT systems for HR and payroll (SAP is not mandatory, but highly regarded).
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Computer programming principles know-how.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to present technical concepts and solutions to non-technical teams.
- Time management skills and the ability to adjust priorities.
- Dedication to work and keenness to learn.
- A High level of mobility is strongly desired.
