SAP BC Consultant 

As an SAP BC Consultant you will be responsible for the end-to-end analysis and implementation of SAP landscapes for our clients. This includes:

Responsibilities:

• Installation, migration, upgrades and setup of SAP system landscapes
• Day-to-day SAP-BC support of existing landscapes, monitoring of SAP environments under responsibility as well as coordinate remediation actions in case of incidents
• Planning of SAP Basis operations (monitoring, performance optimization, system and client copies, backups, OSS notes and Enhancement Packages implementation, ...) and databases operations
• Selection and sizing of hardware
• Monitoring and tuning of the servers, databases and interfaces
• SAP transports, patch and plug-in installations
• Implementation of Oss notes
• Configuration (printer, user, RFC-connection, ...).
• DBA activities
• Execute configuration requests in relation to batch jobs, authorizations and system incidents on the SAP landscape
• Manage and execute periodic technical audits on the SAP landscapes in compliance with applicable legislations for the client
• Preparing documentation
• Technical support for pre-sales activities
• Implement best practices to guarantee the quality of work and deliverables
• Building strong professional relationships with customers and colleagues

Requirements:

• University degree in the areas of IT, information systems, or a comparable education
• 3-5 years of experience in SAP is required, particularly in the areas SAP BC, Basis administration
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of SAP Basis Consultant
• Fluency in English
• Driving License B category
• Team spirit and ability to work independently when needed
