Responsibilities include:
- Assist and support Operations Delivery Lead role and organizational leadership in the processes of defining and executing resource management processes including demand management, resource planning & forecasting, resource allocation, supporting activities of rotation of employees, cross-skilling optimum resource utilization, etc.
- Assist and support Operations Delivery Lead role in all aspects of workforce management including transformation & optimization and workforce analytics,
- Prepare, manage, and share Business Analysis, Metrics & Reports
- Design, build and roll out new reporting solutions
- Analyze and present relevant resource management trends on hiring, resource movement, utilization, bench ageing, resource consumption, skills utilization
- Analyze Management Information (MI) to provide relevant trends and intelligence to help to drive the business growth plans
Requirements:
- University degree in business, finance, mathematics/statistics, computer science, or another analytical field
- 0-2 years of work experience in business analysis and/or project management area
- Proficiency in Excel (familiarity with other analytical and reporting tools - Power BI, Tableau, etc. is a plus but not mandatory)
- Excellent written and verbal knowledge of English
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational project management and time-management skills
- Excellent business communication skills with effective presentation and demonstration skills
