React/React Native Mobile Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a React/React Native Mobile Developer to build, maintain, and optimize a high-performance mobile application for iOS and Android. This role involves developing new features, ensuring app stability, and improving the overall user experience. You will also work on automating builds, testing, and deployment processes to ensure smooth and efficient app delivery. An ideal candidate values writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while collaborating closely with designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver a high-quality product.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining the iOS and Android mobile application using React Native
• Implementing new features and improving the user experience
• Optimizing application performance and resolving bugs
• Regularly updating the app and ensuring compatibility with the latest React Native versions and store requirements (Apple App Store, Google Play Store)
• Managing the CI/CD process – automating builds, testing, and deployment (Fastlane)
• Preparing and publishing new app versions on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Maintaining compatibility with external APIs and integrating backend services
• Testing the app on various devices and OS versions
• Writing and maintaining technical documentation
• Collaborating with designers, backend team, and QA  to ensure high-quality product delivery

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in mobile application development using React Native
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience building and deploying mobile applications for iOS and Android
• Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and best practices
• Skilled in integrating third-party libraries and external APIs
• Familiarity with debugging and monitoring tools (e.g., Firebase, Sentry)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, etc.) for automating builds, testing, and deployments
• Strong knowledge of App Store and Google Play submission processes, guidelines, and compliance requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with designers, backend developers, and QA teams
• Availability to overlap with U.S. time zones as needed
